Accommodation
A limited number of rooms have been reserved on behalf of meeting delegates who are attending onsite at several hotels near the Adelaide Convention Centre. Accommodation is subject to availability and will be allocated when a booking is received. To secure the meeting accommodation rates, bookings should be made online as part of the registration process.
The booking deadline is Wednesday 5 November 2025.
Arrival time
Please indicate your estimated time of hotel arrival during the booking process. If you wish to guarantee your room is ready before the hotel check-in time it is recommended that you book and pay for the room for the evening prior to your arrival. Failure to advise your arrival time if arriving after 18:00 may mean that your room will be released.
Cancellations and changes to your accommodation booking
Please notify your requests for changes or cancellation by email directly to the meeting organiser. Be aware each hotel has its own cancellation policy from 30 days prior to arrival ranging from one night cancellation fee to 100% cancellation fee depending on the date of cancellation. Please ensure you understand the policy for the hotel you are booking.
Extending your stay
If you wish to extend your stay prior to or following the meeting, please specify your requirements in the special instructions field during the accommodation booking process. Availability and rates will be checked with the hotel before your reservation is fully confirmed.
Payment for accommodation
Please note that payment of accommodation is not taken at the time of completing an online meeting registration, however a credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your room with the hotel. Between 30 and 14 days prior to arrival, hotels may charge this credit card for part or all of your accommodation charges. Please ensure you understand each hotel’s payment policy.
